 | A: When you receive any item, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your money in full. You must contact us by email first, before returning the item within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the original item a refund subject to the above statement will be given. The buyer must pay the cost of return unless the item is defective. |

 | A: Royal mail do not consider items to be lost for 15 working days within the UK and even longer for overseas shipments. Nevertheless, please contact us immediately you have any concerns and we will be pleased to resolve them. Lost items are rare but will always replaced, subject to availability, or a full refund (including postage) will be made. |
