POSTAGE : Postage prices quoted are for cost of actual postage + packaging + time. If it is found that postage has been overquoted a refund of the difference will be given. Discounts will be given on multiple purchases - these will be shown on your invoice. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A DISCOUNT AFTER AN AUCTION HAS FINISHED - IF THERE ARE ANY ASPECTS OF AN AUCTION YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THEN PLEASE RAISE ANY CONCERNS WHILE THE AUCTION IS RUNNING AND NOT AFTERWARDS.
Items will be sent in a timely manner but only once cleared funds are received. (ie : in the case of cheques five working days later after the cheque has been paid in - a few days allowance also needs to be made for time taken to receive your cheque once you have posted it + weekends).
Where items are deemed of sufficient value by the seller to warrant special postage such as FEDEX for international transactions or Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK the buyer will always be made aware of what service is going to be used from the eBay invoice.
RETURNS :Items will only be returnable for a refund upon confirmation by the seller that the goods received are not as per auction description - items are listed accurately and in good faith so this situation is viewed as being exceptionally rare. Photographic or scanned evidence of dissatisfaction will be requested by the seller prior to refund granting.
Lost / damaged in the post items will be refunded only once a refund is received from Royal Mail. NO REFUND will be given for any other reason so please ensure you read and understand all descriptions 100% before bidding.
