Negative feedback will be left for

If you have problems with an item you have purchased, then please contact us before leaving feedback.
Problems can be rectified quickly and easily by our customer service.
leaving negative feedback is not the way to resolve an issue. If negative feedback is left without contact then we will also do the same for the customer.
Returns
* All returns must be reported before dispatch.
* All returns must include invoice.
* Faults must be clearly stated with the item.
* Items ordered incorrectly will be subject to a returns fee
Faulty Items:
Returns are only accepted if the items are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Items must be returned within 7 days.
All items must be returned with a copy of the invoice, and the fault must
be clearly stated.
