1) Returns Policy:

Buy It Now Items

I wish to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

To ensure your satisfaction, I have a no quibble 7 day money back guarantee with either a full Refund (Excluding P&P) or Replacement offered (Stock & Size Permitting).

All goods must be returned unworn and in original condition with tags still attached for this satisfaction guarantee to apply.

It is advisable that you return any goods by Recorded Delivery, as I cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Please Email before returning goods letting me know any problems and your Refund or replacement preference.

Auction Items

I am happy to exchange a garment to another size if available, providing goods are returned within 7 days and are unworn and in original condition with tags still attached.

Due to my low starting prices in the Auction format, I unfortunately have to charge an additional P&P fee to cover the cost of shipping the replacement goods to you.

It is also advisable that you return any goods by Recorded Delivery, as I cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels

Please Email before returning goods to ensure replacement size is available.


2) Trying on Clothes

When trying on garments please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may mark the item or leave any scent. In this event I will not be able to accept any garments under the returns policy.


3) Out of Stock Items:

In the extreme rare situation that the product you have selected is not available, I will contact you within 24 working hours giving you a choice of canceling the contract with a full refund or choice of another garment.


4) Items Dispatched in Error:

If in the Very Rare circumstance that a garment is dispatched in error, please let me know within 7 days and I will offer a replacement garment (Subject to Availability) or a full refund including P&P.


5) Shipping:

All orders will be posted First Class within 48hrs but normally within 24hrs of receiving the order (Monday to Friday only).

I would expect you to receive the goods within 3 working days, but we are in the hands of the Royal mail, so please bare with us

7) Images & Photographs:

I have done everything possible to ensure the images are a true reflection of the garments, but please take into consideration that the colours and shades viewed on the web may differ slightly once uploaded from my Camera.
