Delivery

All of our UK orders are shipped out by 1st Class Royal Mail

All orders will be posted within 48hrs but normally within 24hrs of receiving the order (Monday to Friday only). I would expect you to receive the goods within 3 working days, but we are in the hands of the Royal mail, so please bare with us.

Check out our feedback, as most people comment on how fast our delivery service is.

Packaging:

We only use high quality 200 gauge shipping bags when posting our products.

UK Delivery Costs:

All UK delivery costs are highlighted in the Ebay listing.

It should be noted that we try to make the delivery charge as fair and cheap as possible by only charging the Actual Royal Mail charge Plus a Nominal Packaging fee and any Paypal Charges.

OverSeas Shipping Costs:

For Overseas customers, Please Email at Karen@clothesmatters.co.uk for exact postage costs before bidding or purchasing our products. We only use the Royal AirMail International Signed for service, which MUST be signed for and is also insured against loss.
