REFUND POLICY
I offer a no questions asked refund policy on all items purchased. The policy requires that within 7 days of the item being dispatched you notify me of any items you are dissatisfied with and will be returning. Items must then be returned and received within 31 days of dispatch. Upon receipt of the items I will refund the cost of the item in full. PLEASE NOTE - Items that are being returned for any reason other than being damaged must be returned in suitable packaging to protect them from damage. If they are not, and upon their receipt the item is damaged as a result of there not being suitable packaging, a refund will not be made.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Whilst every effort has been made to accurately represent colours, minor variations can occur due to the manufacturing process. This does not affect any of my guarantees of excellent service or any of my policies such as my refund policy.
  
WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE

Purchase 15 lots of the same item and receive a 10% discount on that item.

Purchase 30 lots of the same item and receive a 20% discount on that item.

In addition within the UK, if your order is over £25.00 after the discount has been applied you will also receive FREE p&p as in line with my FREE p&p policy.

I carry a greater quantity of many of the items I sell than are listed in my ebay shop. If you are interested in purchasing at wholesale, please email Clare quoting the 3 digit stock code at the end of each item title and the quantity you wish to purchase of each item. I will then confirm availability and the qualifying discount. Should you then wish to proceed I will make the required number of items available in my ebay shop.
Example 1 - Magnetic Hematite (picture top left) Stock Code 117 - 15 strands 100pc 6x8mm (1500 beads) including wholesale discount of 10% = £35.77. 30 strands 100pc 6x8mm (3000 beads) including wholesale discount of 20% = £63.60. These would both be eligible for FREE p&p within the UK.

Example 2 - Seed Beads (picture centre left) Stock Code 259 - 15 bags @ 50gms each (750gms) including wholesale discount of 10% = £13.50. 30 bags @ 50gms each (1.5kgs) including wholesale discount of 20% = £24.00. These would NOT be eligible for FREE p&p within the UK.

Example 3 - Gleam Shell Beads (picture bottom left) Stock Code 576 - 15 lots of 5 gleam shell beads (75 beads) including wholesale discount of 10% = £20.25. 30 lots of 5 gleam shell beads (150 beads) including wholesale discount of 20% = £36.00. The 15 lot purchase would NOT be eligible for FREE p&p within the UK but the 30 lot purchase would be eligible for FREE p&p within the UK.

The above are examples of how my wholesale pricing works. It is available on any items within my ebay store subject to availability. This excludes any item listing on the auction site either on Buy It Now or Auction. Any questions please email Clare.
