Returns and Exchanges

We offer a full return / exchange service for footwear based on the following conditions

• Item must be posted back within 7 days of receipt.
• Proof of delivery must be obtained when returning item.
• Must be no visible sign of wear.
• Must be returned in original box.
• For exchanges the buyer will be responsible for the return postage charges.
• For returns only the cost of the goods will be refunded less any ebay fees incurred.
• Postage Costs will not be refunded.
