Posting Information
HOLIDAY NOTICE:
No holidays currently planned
We typically have postings sent within one business day of receipt of cleared funds, although it can take up to two business days.
Unless other arrangements are made all UK orders are sent via 1st Class and all international orders are sent Airmail.
We will send packages to nearly every location that has a functioning postal service.
If in doubt, check with Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) and/or ask.
All packages are posted at the local Post Office and proof of posting is always obtained.
In the rare event of your package being lost by Royal Mail we will work with you
so that you may file a claim of loss. Royal Mail does not consider a
package lost until after 15 business days have passed. If you are concerned about receiving your package it is advisable to select Recorded as a
reference number is then attached to your package.
Our
office is located at the address below if you would like to pick up your
order. Please make an appointment ahead of time to ensure that we are in.
If you are in the London area we hold a stall at Old Spitalfields Market on
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. If you would like to pick up your purchases, please contact us by
3:00PM the day before so that we can ensure that your items will be with us. Plus, it is always a good idea to make sure that we will actually be
at the market.
Spitalfields Market is about 5 minutes walk from the Liverpool Street Tube/Train
station. |
