Shipping Policy

If you are purchasing a digital camera, digital camcorder, DSLR, DSLR Lens or flashes, or a professional camcorder, your items will be shipped to you from our Hong Kong's office by world class couriers (Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.). We will ship all purchases within 48 hours of recieving your confirmation. We reserve the right to pick which world-class courier to use.

For Airmail item(s) is usually delivered within 21Business days. We ship worldwide. We reserve the right to pick which world-class courier to use.

All accessories (anything not listed above), will be shipped via Airmail, with the option of upgrading to Express or Register Airmail for a cost. For the extra postage fee, please reference below:

* Registered Mail- tracking number provided (Extra GBP£2.00, AUD $6.00, EUR $3.00, USD$4.00, CAD$4.8, CHF$5.00) is HIGHLY recommended in order to Track the item during shipping

Please Note

If you order multiple items from us, we might combine some items into one package for shipping. The cost of S&H will not decrease.

Our couriers (DHL / FEDEX / UPS) are unable to deliver to PO Box. Please update the shipping address in Paypal to a physical address and phone number before purchase.

Item(s) will be shipped to your shipping address in Paypal ONLY. Other address is unacceptable. Please update your shipping address in Paypal before purchase.

Due to recent changes to some European countries' Customs, an item sent to these countries may be withhold for up to a month. We do not mind sending to these countries as long as the customer is aware of this. If you are not sure if you country is affected, please send us a message and we will do our best to answer you.

• We are not responsible for any delay due to circumstances such as traffic conditions, adverse weather, custom inspection, etc.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been recieved and processed. We will also send you a second confirmation email once your items have been dispatched and informing you of the expected delivery date.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional, but we highly recommend it,

In the rare case of loss or damage, customers whose items are covered by insurance will recieve a replacement item. Only postage charges will be refunded for uninsured parcels. In the case that the item is no longer available, a refund will be given.

Import Tax, VAT, Duty

This item will be shipping to you from our office in Hong Kong. The item may be subjected to custom tax/import fees etc. when it enters your country. By buying internationally, you are considered an importer. Therefore, it is your responsibility to pay all of these fees.

We will do our best mark your packages accordingly to help you minimize these charges LEGALLY on your request. Please be specific on what you want us to mark your item as and we will consider its viability. In any event, Citiwide will NOT effort any country tax (VAT) / brokerage charges. Please check your countries import regulations before making a purchase.

If you reject the parcel on delivery because of VAT / import charges, we will charge you the shipping  costs both ways plus 5% handling fee (Based on item price).
