Refund Policy
Citiwide Offers a 7 days return policy only if the item is found to bear factory defects. The defective model will be exchanged for the same product on if the following guidelines are followed.
- The customer must notify Citiwide requesting for a return within 7 days of recieving the delivery. No exchange will be given after this time.
- The item must be returned in ORIGINAL condition, with ALL original packaging material. Any missing or damaged item will be rejected for return.
- All returns must be boxed and packed securely for return.
- No exchange will be given if the defects are caused by misuses by the buyer.
- Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping.
- The cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty or delivered to you in error. A maximum of ¢G20 (for DC), ¢G25 (for DV), ¢G50 (for DSLR or Professional Camcorder) can be credited towards any delivery costs incurred. A technical diagnostic examination may be carried our prior to any replacement.
If you are recieving an item after repairs, the above conditions will also apply.
Warranty
All purchased digital cameras, digital camcorders, DSLRs, DSLR Lens or flashes, and professional camcorders is under Citiwide's 12 month warranty. This warranty will only apply to the above said products.
- We are only responsible for manufacturer's defect. Any malfunction caused by mal-use will not be covered.
- Normal wear and tear will not be covered unless it is a manufacturer's defect.
- Citiwide will not be liable if the Buyer makes modification to the purchased unit.
- Citiwide will not be liable if the Buyer makes further use of the malfunctioning item.
- The warranty will only be given to the buyer, if the unit is sold to third parties, the warranty is void.
- Citiwide's liability under the warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the goods in question or refunding the price of such goods.
