Delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or via a contracted courier company at our discretion. Our Handling, Postage and Packing Fee ranges from £2.00 exc VAT to £ 20 Exc VAT depending on the item type, weight and size. The exact charge is clearly shown on each listing

We ship your item (S)within 48 Hours of receiving CLEARED funds (Applies Monday - Friday).

If the item is sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery Post, we will obtain proof of postage from Royal Mail and this is where both the title and risk in the item passes to the purchaser.

If the item is shipped by courier, we will notify you of the shipping reference for you to track its whereabouts online. If your item is shipped via a courier, you must be available to accept delivery at the delivery address.

Please note that we DO NOT deliver laptops to addresses which do not have a UK Postcode so please DO NOT bid if you do not have a UK Postcode. Our courier CANNOT deliver to PO Box Addresses or overseas so address must include UK house number and UK road name. We will request you supply a UK phone number before shipping the laptop.

Finally we DO NOT deliver any laptops, of any description, to any address outside of the UK.

COLLECTIONS - Items can be collected Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00, by prior arrangement only as we are not always on Site. We DO NOT open for collections on a Saturday or Sunday or any public holiday.
