All my NEW Items are genuine 100% Brand New & Unworn. I tend to list them as "Fixed Price" items with a "Best Offer" option and I will consider all serious offers.  All items are handselected and purchased  from Highstreet stores and are all pieces I like myself and hope you do too. They are all in Brand New condition without any flaws, unless otherwise stated. 

My USED items have only been used by myself and have generally only been worn a few times, so they are still in excellent condition.  I am very particular about my clothing so they are all well looked after.  All items will come to you either freshly laundered or dry-cleaned.

Postage:  All items are packaged in tissue paper, bubble wrap if required and pink moisture proof mail bags. So they should reach you safely and in perfect condition. 

Items are generally dispatched within 24 hours of payments being made (excluding weekends and bank holidays) – post office opening hours permitting.

Due to an unusally high number of items not reaching their destination recently, all items will now be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International to be Signed for.

Payment:  I currently accept PayPal Only.  Please make payment within 72 hours of auction ending, or contact me if you foresee a problem with this.

Returns & Refunds:   I do not operate a refund or return policy.  I endeavour to describe all my items as accurately as possible so please ask any questions you may have, prior to placing any bids.  All items are checked before being dispatched to ensure they leave in perfect condition.

If you are unsure about sizing, then please ask for measurements if they have not already been stated. I cannot agree to refund requests solely because an item does not fit, or is not liked.
