Bust
Breathe naturally, measure the fullest part of the bust. |

Shoulder To Shoulder
The distance between two shoulder joints with arms drooping naturally. It should be taken at the back. The tape should follow the natural curve of the shoulder. |

Waist
In standing position, measure the most narrow part of the waist. |
| |
|
Hip
In standing position, measure the largest part of the bottom. |
| |
|
Neck
Measure around the bottom of the neck. |
| |
|
Upper Arm
Measure the fullest part of the upper arm. |
| |
|
Arm Hole
Drop the arms naturally, measure around the shoulder joint. |
| |
|
Breast Height
In standing position, measure the distance from neck point to nipple. |
| |
|
Front Width
Measure the distance between two front armpits. |
| |
|
Back Width
Measure the distance between two back armpits. |
| |
|
Inside Legs
Measure from the crotch down the inner seam to the bottom. |

|
Outside Legs
Measure from the waistline down to the bottom. |

Armpit to Cuff
Please note that this measurement should be taken from the garment but not the body. It would be the best if you take this measurement from one of your favourite clothes in the wardrobe. |
