Delivery and Postage
We dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours upon receipt of payment Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Delivery or Next Day Special
Delivery within the UK depending on what you choose. Please see each listing
for specific costs. A combined shipping discount will automatically apply for
all items bought within the same purchase.
Payment
Credit/Debit Card - We accept all major credit/debit cards, MasterCard, Visa etc. We use PayPal as our payment gateway. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit/debit card. Follow instructions at checkout (click on 'use your credit card ...' when you are at the PayPal secure payment page).
PayPal - this is a safe and easy payment gateway and takes you a few minutes to set-up an account. Pay with all major debit/credit cards, your bank account or PayPal balance. Follow instructions at checkout (click on 'log into your account' when you are at the PayPal secure payment page).
Postal Order - We accept 'uncrossed' postal orders for your purchases. Please select the option 'pay by postal order' at checkout and you will be provided with the address to send the postal order to. (If you send a crossed postal order by mistake, we will have to treat it as a cheque which means it will require 5-7 days clearance before we can dispatch your order).

Exchanges We're happy for you to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange of a different size/colour.
