Payment
NOCHEX (UK only): The fastest and easiest way to pay using your credit or debit card - you do not even have to register and there is no fee. NOCHEX and PAYPAL are ideal if you need your order in a hurry - no waiting to post the cheque, for us to receive it, for it to be banked, and for it to clear. Nochex is a totally secure site - just ask for details or an invoice.
PAYPAL (Worldwide): This is the only method of payment accepted from overseas buyers. Can now be used without having a Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account you can set up one easily and for free through ebay links to the Paypal website. Cheeky Cheeks is Paypal verified.
PERSONAL CHEQUE (UK only): Instructions on who to make your cheque payable to and where to send it are included when you order. It will be presented at the Bank at the earliest opportunity and your goods will be sent out as soon as possible after the cheque clears. Please enclose your delivery address, item number and details, along with any sizes, colour and text options.

We will ship Worldwide. Various postage costs are quoted within auctions. Please contact us if you would like a quote for elsewhere, or if you need more information on any of the postage services.
Your Personalisation Details
Where a choice is required from you (eg size, colour, wording, crystal colour and/or font) please ensure these details are correct as we will begin to process your order as soon as all details are received.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by you not supplying the appropriate details for your order and your order cannot be sent out until all details required within the ad are specified by you.
Posting Times
Your order will be checked and carefully presented and packaged before being posted out to you by your specified means. We always aim to post out as soon as possible after your payment clears - normally a few working days - and this will be notified to you at the time of ordering, but do let us know if you need your items for specific date.
Please note that all personalised items are made to order and unless arranged beforehand will normally not be ready to post until a few working days after receipt of payment.
Undelivered Mail
Losses caused by Royal mail will be dealt with by means of replacement goods (at our discretion) where a non-signed for method of posting is chosen - a refund will not be offered in these cases. Monetary refunds will be considered as an alternative to replacement only where Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, or International Signed For services are chosen by the buyer.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct - where an item is returned to us because of incorrect address supplied by the customer, or where it has not been collected from the post office/sorting office and therefore returned to us, customers will be charged for re-delivery. Redelivery must be by signed for means. The post office will hold your item for one week after a delivery attempt has been made.
Return Policy
As they are made to your exact requirements, personalised items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Detailed measurements for each size are available upon request to avoid any problem with fit.
Customers should be aware that as with all clothing, styles and fits do vary, as do body shapes! As the sizing of our garments we sell has been well tested over the past few years, and is known to be correct, we cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction with fit. Detailed actual measurements of all garments are available upon request to prevent this occuring. Of course we would not knowingly or purposely sell you an incorrectly sized garment - that is of no benefit to either of us. We take great care and time to ensure sizings are as correct as they can be.
Any problems with items should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt.
Our Service To You
We always aim to despatch orders as soon as possible to meet your deadlines, even at very short notice. If you need your item urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to help. However, we are only human so the more notice you can give us the better.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase so if you want something slightly different, just let us know and we will see what we can do.
Non-payment
Once you click to buy an item, you are under contract to purchase that item, so please be sure it is what you want and that you intend to pay. Non-payment will result in action to recoup our fees, a non-paying bidder strike and negative feedback. We have to take this action due to a growing number of non-payers and to keep costs down for our genuine customers. If you do not pay it causes us much inconvenience, costs, and time spent to address the matter, and also stops genuine buyers from purchasing that item.
Definitions
'Personalised' means any goods made to order where you specify all or any of the following: wording, crystal colour, font, thread colour; and one-off commissions
