| A:Order all your individual items without attempting to pay for them. Once you have completed your shopping you should Email us to request a combined invoice. We will send you an invoice including the correct postage. |

| A:Yes,we offer a combined postage based on the value of your order and not on the number of items that you have ordered as follows:
Order less than £14.99 - First Class Mail - £1.50
Order £15 to £39.99 - First Class Recorded Mail - £2.25
Order > £40 - Special Delivery - £5.50.
Please request an invoice for combined postage. |

| A:We offer a 'no quibble' return policy within 7 days of receipt. P & P charges are non refundable and return postage costs will be met by the buyer.
Damaged goods can only be replaced on receipt of the damaged items. |
