Email is the best way to contact me. Please contact me via eBay messaging system (Ask seller a question or Contact member) this way I can access it faster and there is always record of communication on eBay. All my emails are answered very quickly normally within 24 hours. I personally care for each customer and write email individually. I do not send automated emails. I always let buyer know when items have been posted. I will keep you update for any abnormal situation or delays.
