will try to despatch your item within 24 hours
of online payment Monday to Friday, however in
busy periods this may not always be possible.
Please check that I can meet your deadline for
urgent purchases BEFORE ordering and I will
do my utmost to help.
Please allow 5 days for a cheque to clear.
All items are posted Second class post,
unregistered, unless another option is
selected and I ship internationally.
I ALWAYS obtain proof of posting. However due
to the few who are dishonest, I will
not refund or replace lost parcels until Royal
Mail have fully investigated and agreed
compensation for the missing item. Claims
cannot be submitted until 14 working days have
passed.
I will always scan in proof of posting for any
customer who would like to see it.
