I send all of my plaques ready to be wrapped as gifts. First I bubble wrap them to protect them during transit, then I line a brand new brown box with pretty paper and post in a grey or blue tamperproof mail bag. Each plaque will be individually boxed no matter how many you may order. Therefore, all of my post and packing charges reflect just that. Post and packing! I aim to have the plaques delivered as soon as possible. I fully understand that once you have ordered and paid for something, you just want it. I do, however, ask for your paitence during busy periods. The plaques are all handmade in purchase order but I do make exceptions for emergencies. Please email me for an approximate delivery time. Please note: I try to use the embellishments used in the pictures as much as possible. Sometimes, when I am low/out of stock, I will substitute with a similar embellishment. Please email me first if you are very specific as to the embellishment you would like on your finished plaque.
