Receiving feedback is a very important part of my business so I’d be forever grateful to receive yours. Not only does it provide potential customers with confidence, but it also informs eBay that I’m continuing to provide my customers with a five star service.
Please remember that you're rating on my dispatch service, not the delivery time. That's down to Royal Mail postal services and I have no control over that.
If you're happy with the goods and service provided by Catwalk Creative, please leave a 5 star feedback rating. Under normal circumstances, a 4 star rating would be pretty good. However, due to eBay’s policy change for feedback scores, leaving anything less than 5 stars will have a detrimental affect on my business by the way of increased fees and the placement of my listings. It's only by achieving a 5 star feedback rating that I can continue to offer the best quality merchandise that’s affordable to all. This applies to all eBay sellers, not just Catwalk Creative.
