Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Our shipping and handling charge should be clearly displayed on the item. However, please note the following: Prices quoted are for the UK mainland only, when checking out you may find there are small surcharges for delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides and certain parts of Scotland.
Q: Paying by cash? Want to collect in person? You will need know our address?
A: If you want to pay by cash this can only be done at our offices in Bolton. Our address is Cash Generator, Internet Department, 113 Bradshawgate Bolton BL1 1QD. If collecting in person arrange to do so via email through Ebay please, this will allow us to get your item ready for collection and to keep your wait time as short as possible.
Q: Do you have these items in a different size or colour?
A: We only have for sale what is listed I am afraid. We do normally get items in other colours and sizes but these are always immediately listed on eBay, so keep your eyes peeled and it should appear soon.
Q: What does "pre- owned" mean?
A: A lot of the goods we sell have been bought through our store chain directly from a member of the public. These goods are then checked over to make sure they function as they should do and then are listed for sale with a minimum guarantee period of 1 month. Some items come with larger guarantees!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We aim to give the best possible customer service at all times. Our minimum guarantee period is 1 month; some items will have longer guarantee times this will be clearly listed at the time item is offered for sale. In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact us immediately so we can try to rectify the problem quickly. Please do not leave us bad feedback until we have chance to put right any errors.
Please contact us if there are any problems before leaving feedback, we aim to deliver exemplary customer service. If you are unhappy with your item please contact us within seven days of purchase.
Q: Do you ship goods internationally?
A: Yes depending on the size of the item we can ship internationally. Please email in via the Ebay site for details of cost. Its important to note that we will only ship internationally if the customer bears the cost to do so.
Q: Am I able to collect my item to save on postage costs?
A: Yes own collection is allowed, please contact us after auction ends so we can make the adjustments to the invoice to show no postage costs, and collection times and days available.
Q: Why haven’t you responded to my emails?
A: We aim to reply to all emails within 1 working day. However, sometimes our replies aren’t always received. All replies are sent to the customers’ email address they originated from via the Ebay system.
Q: Do we Combine Postage on more than 1 purchase?
A: Yes we do combine postage costs, both purchases must be made within 24hrs of each other, and discounts will vary upon product and not all items are applicable to discounts. If in doubt please email in to find out the combined postage cost.
Q: What are our Hours of Business?
A: Our normal office hours are between 8:30 am and 17:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8am - 4pm on Friday. We are not open weekends. Any questions or comments received outside of these hours will be answered the next working day in the order they were received.
