| Q:How do I combine all my items so that I only pay £10 for delivery? |

| A:Quite simply, follow this golden rule. Don't pay for any items until you have completed the purchase of your last item. You will then automatically combine your items and should be charged no more than £10 in postage and packing. If you are please email us and we'll send an ebay invoice for you. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Your order will normally be dispatched next working day by either Royal Mail first class or a two day courier service (outlying areas three day). If you require your item more urgently please contact us before ordering to ensure we can assist. Please be aware that couriers do not work weekends and will ALWAYS require a signature. |
| Q:I'm fairly local, can I collect? |

| A:For logistical reasons we do not allow collections of eBay purchases, however, you are welcome to visit our store and purchase there. Our address and telephone number is at the bottom of every listing. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally/BFPO? |

| A:Sorry, for security reasons we do not ship outside the UK. We can only ship small items to BFPO addresses. If you are not sure if your item is large or small please contact us first. |
| Q:What payment methods do you accept? |

| A:We accept Paypal (for some items a verified account is required, this is always noted on the listing). We also accept cheques/postal orders/bankers drafts payable to "Caravan Stuff 4 U Ltd.". We also accept credit cards over the phone on 01684-311000 (address verification will be carried out so please make sure you have your billing details handy). |
| Q:What is your return policy for unwanted goods? |

| A:Any item can be returned if unwanted within fourteen days of receipt. The item should be unopened with original packaging and unused. You should contact us first for a Returns Authorisation Number and post by a recorded delivery. You will be responsible for all postage costs incurred. |
| Q:My item is faulty, what do I do now? |
|
| A:If an item is faulty please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number, once returned (we may arrange a courier to collect the item) we will test the product and if appropriate will arrange a replacement or refund (refund will include return postage cost). If the item is not faulty we will return it to you and charge you for redelivery. |
