Delivery terms and conditions

Where we advertise a delivery charge, this is for MOST parts of England and SOME areas of Scotland and Wales. You will probaly know yourself if you live in a surcharge area for receiving parcels.

If you live in Scotland or Wales please ask for a delivery charge BEFORE purchasing a part from us.

If you live in a remote part of England please also ask for a delivery charge before purchasing.

Some parts of Scotland and Wales are included in our standard delivery charge.

If the part is to be delivered locally in the north west, we sometimes deliver it in our own van for speed sake. If you are located close to us you can pay cash on delivery.

If we are sending via courier we send goods either on the day of order or the next day, just depends on what time you place the order. Once despatched, they are sent on a next day service usually. From point of order, you should receive your item within 4 working days at the latest.

If you need the part by a particular day please ask before purchasing if this is possible. If you do not ask, we will asume that there is no immediate panic.

Vehicles

All vehicles are sold for collection only. No inclusive delivery deals are done.

However, as we are a car transport company we can deliver most vehicles to most places in the UK. Before the end of sale please ask us for a quote. The delivery charge can then be added to final price. Do not assume that we can deliver the vehicle to your destination, get a quote first. No delivery included in final sale price on any vehicle. Please note, if we are delivering the vehicle, it must be paid for in advance or cash on delivery. The delivery charge must be paid for in advance either by paypal, credit card or cheque. We can not accept credit/debit card payment for vehicle upon delivery as we are only covered against fraud if the card is accepted in our machine and the card holder enters the chip/pin  number. The machine is based at our office.
