Loyalty scheme
You get a free upgrade to 1st Class postage* for repeat purchases
within 90 days of your last order.
eBay retains sales records for only 90 days from the date you last ordered.
We check our eBay 90 day sales history for every new order. If your eBay user ID appears in the 90 day history
and you paid for 2nd Class postage
then you qualify for the Loyalty Scheme upgrade.
It's as simple as that.
If you pay for 1st Class postage on repeat orders, there is no additional benefit but your order
will be packed much earlier and you are more likely to get it faster.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to include overseas customers in our Loyalty Scheme.
If you change your ebay user ID, you will not appear in our sales history.
We will always consider marginal cases if you email us. 91 days or 111 days - there is no significant difference
to us and we are not picky.
This is a very simple manual system. If you really want to get your items fast, you are better off
paying for 1st Class postage. We can and do make mistakes,
so play safe with really urgent orders.
* For large parcels, we reserve the right to send it by signed-for courier delivery rather than 1st Class
post. We will give you the opportunity to nominate an alternative delivery address in this case, such
as a family member or friend who will be at home, somebody's place of work, or your local corner shop.
This upgrade does not inclde the guarantee priveliges of customers who pay for 1st Class postage,
such as the "double your order if we are late" promise.
There is no extra benefit for us if you pay for 1st Class. It's simply that andybody who does that
obviously wants their order quickly and we are happy to oblige.
