How to pay


PayPal - the fastest way to get your order.

Cheque - must be in Pounds Sterling £ (GBP) and drawn on a UK bank. Please write the item number on the back (just one item number is enough if you are paying for multiple items). Make it payable to Captain Bags and send it to us at:

Bank transfer - We bank with HSBC. Please ask for details after you have purchased. We will also give you a reference number to use so that we can identify your payment when it arrives in our account.

Credit card or Debit card - we can take payments over the phone for orders of £5 or more. Sorry about the £5 rule but manual payments mean extra work.


If paying by cheque: We will ship your order immediately we receive your cheque providing
(a) you have good feedback
(b) the amount is less than £20
