Combined shipping


We always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

We are very happy to combine items so as to achieve the lowest cost to you.

We keep postage costs low by splitting some larger orders into two or more smaller Letter size packages. This avoids more expensive Packet and Parcel rates.

There are some actions that you can take to obtain the best shipping costs when you buy more than one item:

(1) Do not pay immediately. Buy all the items that you need.
(2) Find the link that says "Ask seller for an invoice".
(3) Or wait until we send you an invoice for combined shipping.


International customers: when you buy more than one item, always ask us for an invoice. eBay cannot calculate combined costs for Air Mail.

UK customers: The eBay combined postage discount system is normally reasonably accurate. We watch eBay's calculations for postage discounts very carefully.

All customers: Sometimes customers who buy several small items are overcharged. When this happens, we may process a refund, add extra bags or upgrade to 1st Class. It all depends on the amount by which we think you have been overcharged.

Very often, we take a small loss on postage costs. That is quite OK because we believe that a shipping discount is appropriate where someone has ordered several items.

We do not attempt to make a profit from p&p charges. But we do not expect to make too great a loss either. We try to operate a happy medium.

If you think that you have paid too much for postage, ask us to check. We are always happy to refund any excess. We can make mistakes on our listings occasionally.
