Ordering and Payment
We accept orders from customers in worldwide countries but only accept payments in Great British Pounds (Sterling). Customers not based in the UK then please only use Paypal
You may choose to pay by Paypal and you can also use many credit/debit cards on their secure site. If you choose Paypal we don’t receive or store your credit/debit card details (only paypal has access to this information). We only receive confirmation of the completed transaction.
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal orders you must be a Uk based customer and please send the payment to our Main Office payable to Candy Sweet Store, (cheques should have the guarantee card number and expiry date written on the reverse) along with confirmation of the order details. Please remember goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.
If local taxes or import duties are levied on your order this shall be the responsibility of the buyer and not Candy Sweet Store. We therefore recommend that you check with your local Customs authorities prior to placing your order to avoid possible distress.

Returns Policy
We want you to have fun and enjoy your sweets.
If there is problem with the quality of the products, please return them, within 7 days of receipt, to: Candy Sweet Store, 1 The Close, Portskewett, Caldicot, Gwent, NP265SN. Please enclose your contact details, order details and reason for the return. Postage costs for returned goods are responsibility of the buyer (customer).

Nut Alllergies
Please be advised that the nature of our working environment doesn’t allow for us to have a Nut Free area, an example is weighing scales are shared by all products. Even products where the manufacturer advice is that the product is Nut free we cannot guarantee that there was no exposure to traces during our packaging.
We continue to look at practises so as to improve the service we offer to people with nut allergies
Sugar Free, Gluten Free and low carbohydrate diets
All sweets that are produced for people with these specific dietary needs are listed with their ingredients within the product description. This information is provided by the Manufacturer and not Candy Sweet Store.
Vegetarian
Where a product is labelled by the manufacturer as suitable for Vegetarians or Gelatine Free this information will be displayed within each individual product description.
