Prices and Payments
All prices shown are VAT free, the prices shown are all that you pay.
Accepted payments for UK customers are by cheque, postal order, Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards via paypal.
Accepted payments for International Customers are Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards via paypal.
If payment is made by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until the funds have been cleared by the bank which can take up to 5 working days.
International Customers
If Goods are being ordered from outside mainland UK, you may incur import duties and taxes once your goods reach their destination. Any duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of you the customer, and Candlewears cannot and will not calculate or estimate these charges. You are therefore advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. Also as the purchaser of the goods, you will also be responsible for ensuring that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported. Please also be aware that on arrival goods may have to be inspected by customs and as a result Candlewears cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering.
Delivery
Please note that if there is a chance that you may be out when delivery is made, you can specify an alternative delivery address to that of your billing address. However should you be out when delivery is made a card will be left giving details for you to collect it or have it re-delivered.
Email notification will be given when goods have been dispatched.
Any delays in deliveries will be notified by email.
Please notify us if your goods have not arrived within 5 working days, of receiving email confirmation of dispatch, in order that we can chase it up. Failure to do so could result in a longer delay on goods being received.
Returns and Cancellations
If you are not entirely satisfied with any of your purchases they can be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused within 14 days of receipt, and full refunds minus delivery costs will be given. We do however ask that you send an email with the full details, so that we can process the return.
