Q:I have paid with Paypal, when can i expect to receive the item??
A:We will dispatch your item within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekend days & bank holidays). All items are sent 1st class so you should receive them within 72 hours of making the payment.
Q:I have paid with cheque or postal order, when can i expect to receive the item??
A:We obviously have to wait until we have received the payment, Postal Order is quicker than cheque as we can oftern cash them same day. Cheques may take 2 days to arrive with us, 7 days to clear & another 3 days for your item to be dispatched & arrive with you.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:We charge a maximum of £5.00 p+p (UK only), buy as many items as you like & only ever pay £5.00 p+p. We do combine shipping for international customers, please email for a quote.
Q:I haven't received my item, what has happened??
A:Firstly it is always worth checking that we have received the payment. When we have received the payment we will leave feedback for you. If you do not have feedback we have not received the payment. If you paid Paypal please log into your account to make sure you have sent an instant payment. Not an e-cheque, e-cheques take 10 days to clear.
Q:I have received feedback, but still havent received my item, what now??
A:Please feel free to contact us for your tracking number & we do our best will find out what has happened. Becasue most item require a signature it may be the case that the item has been returned to your local sorting office & is awaiting collection or for a re-arrangement of delivery.
Q:Do you ship internationally?? What payments do you accept from international buyers??
A:We ship all over the world, all the shipping prices are available in the listings. Presently we can only accept paypal from international buyers. Apologies if this causes any inconvenience
Q:What is your returns policy for corsets/lingerie??
A:Unfortunatley becasue of UK hygiene law we can not refund corsets that do not fit. However we do not want to disappoint our customers so we are happy to exchange the corset (provided you retain the thong) for a different size of the same design & colour of garment. Please be aware that we charge £3.00 a re-stocking fee for this service.
Q:What is your returns policy for non lingerie items??
A:We offer 100% money back guarantee valid for 30 days after the purchase of your item, quibble free. We are always trying to improve our service & products so would be interested in finding out why you were not completely satisfied, but this will in no way effect your refund.
Q:Do you have a brick & mortar shop?? Can i collect??
A:We are an internet based Mail order only business, we operate from home & it is not suitable for buyers to visit. Collections are not permitted unless specifically stated in listing.
Q:I have tried to contact you by phone but can not get through!!
A:Sorry for the inconvenience. 3 people work for this company but we all have full time jobs, we all have access to email at our jobs & aim to reply to email questions inside 4 hours during office hours.

Q:I am interested in a corset but the measurements look big compared to the dress size!
A:Please be awrae that the dress size is merely a guide, the bust size is the vital measurement. When buying a corset you are supposed to buy one that is a size smaller than you, we have adjusted the dress sizes accordingly. Please make sure you measure yourself properly.
Q:I have received my corset but it doesnt fit well
A:When you buy a corset you need to train it to mold to your body shape. When you forst receive it it should be worn very loosley, then slowly start to tighten the garment to give the garment a chance to adapt. If you tigthen the garment when you first receive it chances are it will not fit well & you could easily stretch the corset.
Q:I would like to change my delivery address!
A:If you would like the item to be delivered to a different address then you can change the delivery address on your ebay account.
Q:I am not happy with your service!!
A:Please contact us & let us know your reservations. We are always available to help via email from 9:00am - 11:00pm most days. Contacting us is the only way for us to know there is a problem. If we know something is wrong we can work towards making it right!! We will always help in anyway we can to resolve these situations
