POSTAGE
- COST - All goods are sent out by Royal Mail and are priced according to Weight.
- WHERE - United Kingdom, price applies. Outside UK Please contact us for Postage Charge.
- HOW FAST - Our Target is to Dispatch your items to you within 24 hours, excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends.
- RETURNS - We have a 7 Day Return Policy. You may send back any goods that you are not happy with. Please contact us to let us know what item you are returning and it is essential that you enclose your Name, Address and details of what you would like us to do ie. either send a replacement item or issue a refund.
- RETURNS POLICY - Please send any items back in an unused and as new condition at your own cost. We cannot accept any responsibility for any items that are damaged or lost that are posted by yourselves.
- REFUNDS - We will issue you a refund for the cost of the item purchased. We will not refund any Postage Costs paid by yourselves.
- GUARANTEE - All items have a guarantee for manufacurers defects.
