Unlike some sellers, we do not sell items which we hope to order in after you have paid for them. All purchases are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment (excluding Sundays and bank holidays). Normally, if payment is received by 12 noon (10am on Saturdays), goods are dispatched the same day.

Most items are sent out packed in bubble wrap and padded envelopes. We believe that our customers would prefer to pay a fair price for postage and quality packaging (see feedback comments) rather than a little less to find their items arrive just thrown into an envelope or wrapped in nothing more than an old carrier bag as can be found with some sellers. However the amount we charge for postage on second and subsequent purchases made at the same time is usually no more than ONE THIRD of the stated price and is often even less (depending on weight) if you purchase several items.  In order to obtain this discount on the postage you MUST wait for a combined invoice to be e-mailed to you BEFORE making payment.
