POST AND PACKAGING . We aim to keep postage charges to a minimum. Every effort will be made to combine postage and minimise packaging to reduce costs. We aim to despatch within 24 hours. All items are sent second class(unless otherwise stated in the item description) up to a weight of 1 kilo, with a delivery time of 2-7 days . All items over 1 kilo will be sent standard parcel. This services offer a 3-11 day delivery. If you require a next day delivery, on heavy items please contact us by email via the EBay site, next day delivery will be at the customers expense. If you are purchasing more than one item, please email before you make payment so we can combine postage, please bear in mind that on heavy items such as books it may not make a difference because of the weight, but it still may be possible to cut the cost using standard parcel service. FAULTY AND DAMAGED GOODS Please notify us immediately of any faulty or damaged item you receive, either by email or the customer care line 0560 1880516. The item must be returned to us within 7 days at your expense, the postal cost will be refunded, but please obtain a receipt, which must be included in the return parcel. The item must be returned in its original packaging, when returning any faulty items we recommend you use recorded delivery. If you have any questions about any item please contact us and we will answer your query as soon as possible. This does not effect your rights under the distance selling regulation, where you have the right to cancel and return the item providing it is unused and unopened, within 7 days of recieving the item.
