Replacements and Refunds
Faulty Goods
Goods that are found to be faulty or damaged on receipt can be returned for a replacement or full refund (including delivery bothways). Please notify us either by phone or email within 5 days of receiving your goods. We will then give you instructions on the most appropriate way of returning your item.
We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as the item is received back with us. If you prefer we will refund the total cost of the item including delivery (bothways).
Returnd Goods must be adequately packed.
Refunds for Perfect Goods
If you receive your goods in perfect condition but decide they are not suitable then you must contact us within 3 days of receipt either by phone or email. We will give you a full refund (less delivery costs) once the goods have been received back with us. Goods must be recieved back in our warehouse within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Returned goods must be adequately packed.

Cancellations can only be accepted before the items are dispatched.
All the above policies refer to new items sold at Craft Haven.
For used goods they are sold as seen.
Complaints
Complaints should be made initially by e-mail and will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and confidentially. and we will keep you fully informed of progress.
