All items are pre-owned unless stated as new.
We prefer paypal. Personal cheques from UK bidders only.
Payment is to be received within 7 days of the auction closing.
WE AIM TO POST YOUR ITEMS BY THE NEXT WORKING DAY AFTER YOUR PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.
Multiple Purchases
UK bidders: we charge postage for the first item purchased. Any other item purchased within 7 days of the initial purchase will be shipped free of charge.
Overseas bidders: We do combine postage. If you purchase more than one item then please contact us for a cheaper combined airmail postage rate.
Refunds Policy
If there is a problem with your order, please email us immediately and we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Every effort is made to describe the items accurately. If a mistake is made we will offer a full refund including shipping costs.
Size is not a ground for refund as detailed measurements are given.
All sales are final and non-refundable unless a mistake has been made within the item description
Grading of Clothing
Many of these items are old and pre-owned therefore some wear through usage or washing is unavoidable.
We make every attempt to describe our items as accurately as possible. Any major flaws in the item will be highlighted. Our general scale of grading clothing is below.
All items are preowned and worn unless stated as new. The individual gradings are as follows:
a) 'NEW': The item is brand new or has not been worn and there are tags still attached to the jersey.
b) 'EXCELLENT': The item is pre-owned but appears new. There are no signs of any wear, stains, or tears.
c) 'VERY GOOD': The item is preowned and is in very good condition. This means that there are no stains or tears but there may be light wear through usage or washing. This is usually around the cuffs, collars or hem. There may be slight bobbling of the material through washing.
d) 'GOOD': The item is preowned and is in good condition. This means that there may be small stains on the item that cannot be removed by washing. There may be slightly heavier wear or bobbling throughout the jersey from usage or washing.
e) 'AVERAGE': The item is preowned and in average condition. This means that there may be large stains, heavier wear through usage and washing or small tears that have been repaired. Generally such a garmet would suffice to wear on a bike but may be sufficiently impaired to wear as a fashion item.
d) 'FAIR': The item is preowned and is in poor condition. This means that the garment may be extensively stained, damaged or in need of some TLC before usage.
