All items delivered within the UK are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail with an obtained ‘proof of postage’, so are insured for loss or damage up to the value of £28.

If you're item is worth more than this, we strongly recommend you take out extra insurance (email for price), as we cannot be held responsible for the excess value of the item in the event of loss or damage.

All international purchases are shipped via international registered air mail delivery with insurance, in accordance with paypal's buyer/seller protection policy.

We kindly ask that you read the item description thoroughly and ask questions before placing a bid, as we do not accept returns unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. Strictly no returns on International transactions. PLEASE NOTE: IF THE GARMENT TAG HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH OR REMOVED THERE ARE STRICTLY NO RETURNS.

Catching Butterflies can not offer return or refund on sizing issues. All measurements in inches are stated on each listing. These should be considered to avoid disapponiment.

Please note that vintage clothing will not be 'AS NEW'. Please take this into consideration.

All items are steam ironed before selling but as with all vintages garments, we would recommend washing before wearing.
