Five Star Feedback Information
Item as Described:
In the vast majority of our listings we use images/descriptions of the product provided to us by the actual supplier and/or manufacturer to try and be as accurate as possible.
Communication:
Whilst we don't want to bombard you with emails we will contact you to confirm your item has been shipped in addition to the standard emails which EBAY issues.
Dispatch Time:
In many cases we ship items within 24 hours of receiving payment. However on occasions
for a variety of reasons this may not be possible. As such, we use 48/72 hours in our listings to avoid potential disappointment. If you need guaranteed next day delivery please contact us before making your purchase and we can look at available options & costs etc.
P & P Charges:
We do not seek to make a profit on shipping charges. As such we always try and put realistic and reasonable shipping costs in our listings. If we find an items shipping costs are lower than we have charged we will refund the difference back to your Paypal account.
However, we are human and if you find that you haven't received your refund please contact us and we will sort it out for you.
