Returns Policy
Items must be returned within: 7 Days of receipt if not required
Faulty Items:
All items are Brand New and sealed with full warranty, if a fault/problem occurs
within the warranty period, please contact us via email before returning the item to us.
Unwanted Items:
We do not operate a 'Home Approval Service' due to the great savings we offer,
which means unwanted items may be returned to us only if the following occurs:
We have been notified via email within 5 days
The Product has NOT been used - due to hygiene reasons
All parts are still sealed in bag - no exceptions
The Packaging has NOT been damaged due to being ripped open etc...
The item arrives back here in re-saleable condition (unmarked)
Postage fees will not be refunded unless faulty
Shampoos, iron oils and other hair products are non returnable no exceptions
Please send all returns by registered mail,
as we cannot be responsable for items
that go missing in the post
YOU MUST enclose your full name , address, ebay ID and the ebay item number with all returns
without these we cannot deal with the refund or exchange as we sell thousands of items a month
