We accept payment in the following forms: Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, Postal Order, Cheque (please note we will not dispatch items until cheques have been cleared).
Our items are checked and sent out in perfect condition and all our items are priced as delivery to mainland UK only, we do deliver to areas outside mainland UK but this is not reflected in the listed price. Please note if your item arrives with damage to external packaging we advise either non acceptance of goods and return to sender or sign as unchecked. We are unable to claim for damages if items are accepted and signed for by customer without question and therefore we will not replace damaged items if they have not been signed for as damaged. The customer MUST sign for the item and we will not accept responsibility for items which have been left at customer request and unsigned for. If external packing is all intact and internal contents are damaged you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery of item - if you fail to contact us within 24 hours we will not replace damaged goods unless there are extenuating circumstances for the delay in contacting us. We only accept returns on items which are unused. Our couriers deliver Mondays to Fridays only and will leave a card if no-one is at home at an attempted delivery. It is the duty of the customer to contact the courier via the number on the card left to re-arrange delivery. If this does not happen the courier will hold the item for 2 days and if not collected by the customer after this time they will return the item to us and the customer will incur a handling charge from us via the courier.
