Payments
PayPal is our preferred method of payment for all transactions. UK customers only, if you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please contact us first for details.
For international buyers we also accept International Bank Transfers, please contact us for our details in order to complete this method of payment.
Please Note: Echeques through PayPal will take 10 days to clear, no goods will be dispatched until the echeque has cleared. Please check with PayPal whether your payment is instant or an echeque before contacting us for delayed delivery.
To pay by Credit or Debit Card please email us with your telephone number and we will call you back to process your payment.

Shipping Policy
Items will be posted as soon as possible once cleared payment is received. This is normally 1-2 working days, but may very occasionally take longer.
Please Note: Unfortunately all items destined for Italy must be shipped by Internationally Signed for mail, an additional surcharge of £3.90 will be added to your invoice.
If an item hasn't arrived please check with your local Sorting Office in case your parcel is being held there for any reason , a failed delivery etc, but do not hesitate to contact us if we can help in any way.
In the event that an item goes missing in the Mail we must allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch as instructed by Royal Mail before they will class the item as missing. After this time has elapsed we can claim for the loss against the Royal Mail. We will issue you with a claim form which must be returned to us signed and we will then replace, if possible, or refund in full. Please be aware that the claim form will be forwarded to the Royal Mail with our claim and may be used by them as part of their investigation. |
Returns Policy
Returns within 14 days are accepted on items that were purchased as "Buy It Now" items and the purchase price will be refunded . Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods are not as described or faulty, however, all items are checked prior to dispatch.
All items must be returned complete with their tags attached & original packaging where applicable, and in suitable condition for resale as new. Please return using a tracked method of posting to avoid any misunderstanding or losses. Please advise us of your intention to return an item before doing so and within 7 days of receipt
For hygiene reasons underwear and earrings are non-returnable
As Wedding Flowers are custom made to order they are only returnable if the incorrect flowers have been sent out or are otherwise faulty.

Discounts
We offer postage discounts on all multiple purchases, this is a minimum discount of £0.50 per additional item. Please note, for UK mainland only, the maximum postage charge will be £9.95 on qualifying items. Very occasionally we need to exclude an item from this offer. This discount offer is extended to include qualifying purchases from our other stores. Please contact us before paying to give us time to link the purchases and amend the invoices.
