Auction Policy |
Please
don’t bid unless you want the mould,
remember when you place a bid you are
entering into a legally binding contract.
Payment to
be received within 7 days of the end of the
auction, unless agreed otherwise by email.

Description |
We will
always try to describe the mould as
accurately as possible, including any
faults.
|
|
Photographs |
Pictures
are for illustrative purposes and the mould
in the picture may not be the exact mould
you will receive. We will always try to
describe its condition as accurately as
possible.
|
|
Postage |
You will
receive a despatch notification the day the
item is sent.
If your order is sent via Royal Mail they
will not class it as lost until 15 working
days after it was despatched, please do not
contact us before this time has elapsed as
we
will not be able to do anything. Once 15
days has elapsed contact us & we
will refund including Postage & packing
charges or replace your item where possible
& start a claim against Royal Mail.
If it is sent via courier they deliver
anytime Monday to Friday 9-5 and if you are
not in to take delivery they will leave a
calling card and the parcel will be held at
your local depot for 7 days. If you do not
collect by then they will return the parcel
to us and we will redeliver but at a charge
of £9.99, as this is what we will have to pay
the carrier for a redelivery.
If you have not received your order after 7
days of dispatch by courier please let us
know & we will track the parcel, if it
appears to have gone astray & is not being
held in a depot for redelivery or collection
because the courier has been unable to
deliver, then we will refund including
Postage & packing charges or replace your
item where possible & start a claim against
the courier.

Storage |
We
will store moulds for up to 3 months by
prior agreement. This means that you must
email us & let us know you want storage as soon as
the auction ends.
We do not make a charge for storage up to 3
months. After that time a storage charge of
£1 per mould per month or part month will be
charged unless we have agreed otherwise. Your
moulds will be moved from our storage area &
placed on pallets covered by a tarpaulin
outside.
When the storage charge exceeds the amount
paid for the moulds, they will be resold to
cover the storage charge.
We're very sad we've have to do this but
unfortunately there are people who take
advantage.

Collection |
Please
telephone or email for an appointment before
collecting your moulds.

|
Delivery |
We will
only deliver to the address on file unless
we
agree otherwise through email.
|
|
Returns |
Returns of
used moulds bought at auction are only accepted in exceptional
circumstances or if the mould is not the one
purchased.
Used moulds bought on a Buy It Now, Second
Chance Offer or Shop Inventory Format may be
returned within 14 days provided the item is
returned in the same condition as when
dispatched. We will not be liable for
return delivery costs on cancellations.

Feedback |
We use an
automated Feedback system. As soon as you
leave positive feedback for us, it will
respond & leave positive feedback for you.
If you haven’t received feedback by 2 hours
after you’ve left it for us, email us as it
means something has gone wrong in the
system.

Opening Hours |
Our
opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday
10am-6pm. Any emails sent outside our opening hours will be
responded to the following working day. |
