- Specialisation
- My main lines are novelty cruets/salt and peppers, eggcups and moneyboxes; I also sometimes sell Booths china and always have a book on it listed.

- Gift Wrapping
- I offer a gift wrapping service starting at £1.00 for the small items; please ask for further details.

- Discounts on postage and packaging
For UK buyers, postal discounts apply to the second and subsequent items, regardless of the combination of items that you buy for items sent to the same address at the same time. For instance, if you buy six eggcups, postage and packaging for the first will be at the full rate, for the 2nd-4th at the first discounted rate and for the 5th and 6th at the second discounted rate. On the other hand, if you buy one moneybox, one cruet and four eggcups, postage and packaging for the moneybox - as the heaviest item - will be at the full rate, for the cruet and two eggcups and the first discounted rate and for the remaining two eggcups at the second discounted rate.

- Special Delivery within the UK
- Provided I receive payment by 13:00 Monday to Friday, I will post Special Delivery that day, otherwise it will go off the next working day. This is to allow me time to pack and process your order before my collection.

- Surface Mail Postage
- I don't offer surface mail under any circumstances as it's so slow and unreliable - typically one month within Europe and ten-sixteen weeks for the rest of the World.

- Weekends
- We are sometimes away at weekends standing at fairs - and sometimes we just like a day or two off. Please bear with me if I don't always come back to you immediately.

- Payment methods
- For overseas buyers (ie non-UK buyers) I offer Paypal or cheques/transfers drawn on a UK bank only. I do not under any circumstances accept International Money Orders or international bank transfers as the fees are too expensive.
For UK buyers I offer Nochex and postal orders (my preferred payment methods), Paypal, bank transfers, cheques (payee Mrs S B Taylor, to clear before despatch) or credit/debit card payments by telephone.

If none of these is acceptable to you, or you have alternatives that you would like me to consider, please contact me before buying.
- Late Payment
- Once the invoice has gone out, a reminder will go out five days later (assuming payment hasn't been received). If I still receive no payment/contact after a further three-four days I begin the Unpaid Item process. If after a further seven days I still receive no payment/contact I close the UPI and leave negative feedback.

- Postage and Packaging
- I normally have a collection at 2.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Please bear this in mind when asking for special delivery features.

- Buyer Pays Shipping, VAT, import duties etc.
For UK items I offer 1st Class Standard or Special Delivery.

International Signed-for for overseas items is an optional £3.70 extra on boxes with contents up to £24.99; for boxes with contents over this amount the p&p automatically covers it. It is also required for some countries where fraud/theft etc is unfortunately an issue. Basic insurance is already included in the postage and packaging.
Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any Customs fees, local taxes etc; I will not falsify information on the Customs' form as this would leave me open to prosecution. If you are in any doubt about Customs and Exise fees or local taxes, please contact your relevant Government department for advice.

Please note that I do not normally send to addresses other than those registered on ebay/paypal. If you wish me to do this, you must contact me before buying to agree it with me first.

Only under exceptional circumstances will I post items before payment has been received/cleared, and then only for customers with whom I've had previous successful transactions.
- Customer service and return policy

I have absolute faith in my products and service, but even in the best regulated businesses, things occasionally go wrong. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within thirty days of receipt so that we can resolve it quickly and amicably.
If the item is damaged or not as described I will first ask you to email me a clear picture and a description of the fault/damage. This is so that I can assess whether or not it's worth asking for its return. If it is, and if I am at fault, I'll then ask you to return the item to me, and will give you an exchange or refund including your return postage.
If you no longer require your purchase for any other reason, I will again ask for a picture and description of why you're not happy to see if we can resolve it as this stage. If we can't, then please return it to me, and I'll refund you the cost of the item but not the original cost of postage, nor the cost of returning it to me. You have a duty of care to keep it in good condition whilst it is in your possession so that I can resell it as new. I'll also complete the UID process to reclaim my final value fees.
You must under all circumstances retain the packaging as it may be required for inspection; this may take several months for the postal executive to process.
If your item is returned to me by the Post Office because you didn't collect it or because you gave me an incorrect address I'll be happy to re-post it on receipt of the cost of doing so.
