• The Distance Selling Regulations apply to all our listings, This
is where a Contract is made without any face-to-face contact between
the supplier (Us) and consumer (You).
• Certain goods and services are exempt from all or part of the
Regulations. These include items where the Key Code or License is
exposed.
• The Office of Fair Trading, Trading Standard Departments of local
authorities in England, Scotland and Wales
(www.tradingstandards.gov.uk) and the Department of Enterprise,
Trade & Investment in Northern Ireland (www.detini.gov.uk) are the
designated enforcement authorities for these Regulations.
The main provisions of the Regulations are that:
• Consumers must be given clear information about the goods or
services before buying; Therefore all of our items carry clear
descriptions and specifications.
• Goods must be delivered within thirty days unless agreed
otherwise; All our goods are dispatched within a 1 day turnaround,
provided cleared funds have been received.
• Consumers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw
from the contract for any reason. The cooling off period begins as
soon as the order has been made. In the case of goods, it ends seven
working days after the day of receipt of the goods.
• Where consumers notify the supplier in writing or another durable
medium (e-mail) that they wish to cancel the contract, they must be
refunded within 30 days all money paid. Our conditions apply to this
provision.

Goods are of satisfactory quality if they reach the standard that a
reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, taking into account
the price and the item description. Indications of quality include
fitness for purpose, freedom from defects, appearance and finish,
durability and safety.
Returns & Your Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7
working days after you receive the goods. You do not have the right
to cancel the contract if the order is for computer software which has
been unsealed or the license / activation code exposed.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice
to CA-Southern; giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate)
the delivery date. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive this
notification. Please email our Support Department.
If you exercise your right to cancel under the 7-day regulation, the
ownership of the goods will revert to CA-Southern.
Exceptions to the Right include software and digitally delivered (downloaded)
software which is neither returnable nor refundable. This is due to
the product activation code, license or license key code being exposed
/ visible or the seals broken.
The 7-day return regulations impose a responsibility on the consumer
to take reasonable care of any goods that have been supplied. The obligation
applies before, as well as after, the consumer has given the notice
of cancellation. The 7-day provision is designed to ensure such goods
can be sold as new again. All transactions processed comply with the
Distance Selling Regulations 2000 & Electronic Commerce Regulations
(EC Directive 2002).
If you cancel this Agreement and are entitled to a refund, we will
only refund any money received from you using the same method originally
used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due
to you as soon as possible and in any event, within 30 days of the day
we received your notice of cancellation. Return postage is not refundable.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the
original manufacturer. We warrant to you that any Product you purchase
through our Listings will be of satisfactory quality and ‘fit for purpose’.
Software Installation Information
Software should be installed by a competent individual to ensure correct
installation. If you are reasonably confident and able to install software
yourself, be aware that every computer system is different, and that
on occasions conflicts between different software do occur.
Please ensure that your hardware meets all the minimum requirements
for the software you are purchasing.
Software Technical Support cannot be undertaken by CA-Southern and
is offered by the relevant Software Manufacturer.
International Buyers – Please Note:
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item
price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office
to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the
delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up –
