POSTAGE & PACKAGING

We try and keep postage costs as low as possible, but please be aware that not only do we have the cost of postage  (mainly first class) but packaging which has to be taken into account.

We endeavour to post goods within 24 hours or  a maximum of 48 hours from purchase.

We give postal discount on multiple orders. 

We suggest to customers that they pay for insurance or recorded delivery on items in case items are lost in the post.

REFUNDS AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refunds will be given on all items (minus p&p) within 7 days if the goods are simply returned because wrong size etc was bought.  We will exchange where possible, goods for a different size or colour.

A full refund will be given if the item is damaged.

NO REFUNDS will be given on rugs unless a sheet or cloth is placed between the horse and the new rug while trying this on the horse/pony. (Health & Safety Regulations I'm afraid).
