Q Do you do real flowers.
A No! All our flowers are high quality silk flowers.
Q How soon can you get my flowers to me?
A Unlike other shops all items on our site exist in our stock room, boxed and are ready to ship. We aim to have all orders placed by 3:30 with you the following day by recorded delivery. This is not a guarantee but most of our items arrive next day. Obviously, custom orders that have been arranged directly with us will be made to order and we will let you know at the time you place the order when you can expect to receive your flowers.
Q You marked my item as dispatched a few days ago but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
A We mark items as dispatched only after we have posted your item and expect your item to be with you within 2 days. Therefore, if you do not receive your item shortly after dispatch you should contact us. We can track your item at any time to let you know where your item is.
Q Can you do...?
A Probably. If you do not see exactly what you want get in touch and talk to us. Many of our sales come from people telling us exactly what they are after. Please note that custom orders will only be held for 7 days after your last contact with us. They will then be put on general sale.
Q Help! I have received my item and it is different to what I expected. Can you help?
A Yes, don't worry. Just send your item back to us and we will refund you the full cost of the item (less postage).
