POSTAGE - Items will be dispatched same working day, but purchasing of new rings will take longer 3-4 days to allow for re-sizing. PAYMENT - We would prefer Paypal but cheques and PO's accepted. RETURNS - A 14 day return is offered on all goods. You must return the item in the condition it was supplied and with original packaging, so we can restock it. It is the buyers responsibility to send the item back at their cost by trackable means. We cannot be held responsible for loss of items being returned. We will then refund in full. However, should the item be faulty or not as described then a full refund will be given including return delivery.
