Payment Methods

• PAY PAL is our preferred method of payment.
• We will also accept postal orders and bank drafts in GBP (£ sterling) which must be made payable to 'Bulldog Trading Ltd'. We will accept cheques with guarentee card details but your mug will only be despatched on its clearance.
• Payment must be made within 5 days of the auction end. 
• Please include your item reference with your payment.

Return Policy

• If there is a problem please contact us immediately either by phone or email
• If you are not happy we will offer you an exchange or refund.  If we have made an error or the goods are faulty we will cover the costs. If this is not the case the buyer is responsible for these costs. 
• Mugs must be returned in their original packaging.

• All our mugs are quality British made mugs and are completely safe for dishwashers & microwaves
• We will always try to despatch within 48hrs but please make allowances for weekends and bank holidays
