Combined Postage
Combined postage only applies to eligible orders (most UK and some ROI), all items must be checked out and paid for at the same time. Only the highest postage charge will apply to the order regardless of how many items are added.
P&P – Charges
- The GB Mainland postage charge is as per the description (UK off shore and EU prices are also stated).
- UK offshore postage for larger items is usually £13.50 - £18.50 via courier or £12 - £15 Royal Mail.
- Smaller items that can be sent via Royal Mail are the same price UK wide.
NOTE: The north of Scotland (as per map) is subject to the same rate as Northern Ireland £13.50 (rate varies by listing)
Additional Services
- Before 12pm Service is available for £5 extra (please call to confirm)
- Before 10am Service is available for £8 extra (please call to confirm)
Delivery via Courier
Items with a postage charge of £6.95+ will generally be dispatched via courier. Our aim is for items to be delivered within 3 working days after the item has been dispatched.
Delivery via Royal Mail
Items with postage of under £6.95 will usually be dispatched via Royal Mail. Standard delivery time should be 1-5 working days.
Collecting Items
If you wish to collect your item from us (in Leeds, Yorkshire) then please contact us with your eBay details to arrange this. We are open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. There is an option on most listing to collect in person, please complete checkout if you wish to do this.
Receiving Your Item
- You will receive an email to inform you of when your item has been dispatched.
- This email explains how to proceed regarding signatures and reporting problems.
- It is important that you read the ‘Item Shipped’ email.
POLICY CHANGE: We no longer ship to the CHANNEL ISLANDS Any orders received will be refunded & canceled.
P&P – EU Packages
- Small items can be sent within the EU and usually have the EU flag and postage amount on the auction.
- If there is a small item which we have listed without this information please contact us for a postage quote.
