| Q:How long does delivery take? |

| A:All our items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery and up to 10 working days for International delivery. Please do not contact us before the above timescale has passed. Due to our dispatch system being automatic, we are not yet able to offer a 1st Class postage service. |
| Q:Has my item been dispatched? |

| A:Items are dispatched to your registered eBay address within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. We dispatch items every day of the week except Sundays. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an 'Item Dispatched' email from us. Please allow up to 24 hours after making payment to receive this email. |
| Q:My item has not yet arrived? |

| A:Items are only sent to the address you gave us when completing the eBay checkout process. If you were not in Royal Mail would have posted a 'Missed Delivery' slip through your door and taken your item to the local Royal Mail Sorting Office. Please do not contact us before the above timescale or checking with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. |
| Q:Is collection possible? |

| A:Under no circumstances are we able to offer collections. We are a mail order company and do not have a retail premises, hence our distribution centre does not have the facilities or the necessary insurance cover required for collections or third party pick-ups. |
| Q:Do you offer a postage discount? |
|
| A:We offer a 25% postage discount on multiple purchases from the SAME auction. This discount will automatically be applied to your order when you proceed through the eBay checkout. We are unable to offer a postage discount on items bought from separate auctions as these are sent out separately by our automatic dispatch system. |
| Q:Can I choose a specific colour/style? |

| A:If the auction states that the item may have a colour/style variation we are unable to select a specific colour/style for you. Some products our suppliers send to us can vary in colour/style. This will be clearly stated on the listing. Unfortunately, with our dispatch system being automatic we are unable to select specific clours or styles for you. |
| Q:Can you send the item to an alternative address? |

| A:To be covered by PayPal's Seller Protection Policy we can only dispatch items to your registered eBay address. This is the address you select when completing the eBay checkout process. To have an item sent to an alternative address you will need to add the address to your eBay account prior to completing the checkout process. |
| Q:The item I received is damaged/faulty? |
|
| A:If your item is damaged or faulty, please email us at info@packetpostuk.com with a photo and detailed description of the damage/fault. Please ensure that you include your user ID and item number with this email. We aim to resolve all problems within 24 hours. |
| Q:Do you offer alternative payment methods? |
|
| A:PayPal is our only accepted method of payment. We will not consider any other payment methods. PayPal is the safest option for both buyers and sellers. To pay via PayPal click on 'Buy It Now' at the top of the auction page. You can then enter your card details or use the existing funds in your PayPal account to instantly send payment to us. |
| Q:Can I buy larger quantities? |

| A:All our available stock is listed on eBay. We are unable to supply any larger quantities than what is on our current active listings. |
