To complete your transaction and guarantee your item as quickly as possible please read our shop policies listed below.
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Check-Out Now! Click the Pay Now button at the top of this listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay Now button is ONLY available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.

Check-Out Later If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay shop. You have 5 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!

Our Shipping Pledge

Buy It Love It aims to ship all orders within two business days from the time you place your order with us. Please note that we are unable to ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on Friday the order will be processed for shipment the following business day.

Shipping times are stated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Total delivery time = Order Processing (up to two business days) + Shipping Time (in business days)

         Great Britain   1 to 14 days
         Europe           3 to 16 days
         Rest of World  3 to 16 days

For combined shipments, Buy It Love It uses the highest First Item shipping & handling rates from all items on the order, and then uses the Additional Item rates for every other product on the order.

Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail, Parcelforce 48 (in conjunction with your local Post Office, where applicable, and can be tracked using www.parcelforce.com) or City Link  (www.city-link.co.uk) unless otherwise stated.  Please Note: Items sent via City Link will have 2 delivery attempts within 5 working days. If these 2 attempts are unsuccessful items are returned to our warehouse and a redelivery/restocking fee will be charged.

All shipments require a signature, so please have the item sent to a location where someone will be available to sign during postal/business hours.

Buy It Love It will not be held responsible for loss or any damage that occurs to your parcel while it is being delivered. For this reason, insurance is included in the price of every shipment within the UK. Overseas buyers are recommended to contact us for any further insurance options.

Shipping and handling fees includes all packing, warehouse and distribution costs.


Customer Service

Return Policy

All sales come with Buy It Love It’s 28-day warranty unless advertised otherwise. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available.
If the item is faulty, dead on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period.
If in the event that a replacement is not available then we will we issue you with a full refund (including outgoing shipping).

Specific terms are:

For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with your eBay item number & user name. Failure to include this information will cause a delay in the resolution of any returns.

Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Responsibility for the successful return of an item lies solely in the returnees hands.

Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

Short-shipments, dead on arrival (DOA) and incorrect products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We are unable to offer refunds for items purchased in error.
Please make sure that you have read and understand the item description before finalizing your purchase.
