We have daily Royal Mail collections, every week day. We aim to despatch all orders with 24-48 hours, providing the item purchased is in stock. If an item is currently out of stock, we will give an estimated delivery date, should this not be suitable, we will offer a refund. All orders are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery, unless requested and charged otherwise. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. If your order does not arrive after this time, please check at your local sorting office before contacting us.
If an item has not arrived with you 15 working days after it should have arrived, you can contact Royal Mail as the item will then be classed as lost. Please allow 25 days outside of the UK. We will not replace or refund any lost items but will happily help with your Royal Mail claim.
